Hello, I am back to update a bit of my recent happenings in life.School started on Monday, as usual, no tutorials for the first week.
Had my SSM (Service Skills Methodology) on Tuesday, heard from seniors and others who had been through it that SSM will be the most torturous and nerve wrecking module in the whole of your poly life.
After going through it, I think it seems rather fun? Yea, I guess I shouldn't speak too soon.
But through the trainings (which consists of holding an oval tray with bricks (3pieces onwards) on it and rounded tray with (5 onwards) 500ml water bottles, filled) , I agree with what I was once told
"Positive mindset brings about positive behaviour."
If you tell yourself "Yes I can, I want to give it a try!", unknowingly, you have this strength to take up any challenge. But if you consistently tell yourself "This is crazy, lah~ For what they want us to do this? So heavy!" and some other negative thoughts, it results in your mind being reluctant to do anything and you would start to feel very frustrated when people push you to try.
The latter group of people are those who would be marching at the same spot and never get to progress. Because their attitude are already wrong in the first place.
For those who have gone through their first day of SSM, we should give a pat on our shoulder and tell yourself "Good job!" regardless how you or your group did for the day, you made it through.
Look forward, be excited instead of dreadful and your life would be happier.
Being happy to enjoy the day or to be angry over everything to waste the day, it is your decision. :)

Don't see a need for it since no one is reading me anyways affiliates

So this is me swallowing my prideStanding in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night
And I'd go back to December all the time
