Today morning was totally a killer,

walked down happily to the platform where I would be taking the train to Harbourfront,

the train is full and seems as though it is preparing to move off.

So I waited.

5 minutes passed, I thought it might be some distruption, which caused the train to not move off, so I smsed my friends and they told me their station's train is jammed also and it is getting crowded.

Soon enough, the whole platform is crowded with people and the train hasn't move off.

Until 8.50am, the officer finally announced that there was a technical problem which caused the delay and the train would resume operations in another 10 minutes.

Thinking that I would be super late, I tapped out (lucky my concession is activated today) and walked towards the taxi stand thinking of cabbing over to Harbourfront,

the whole place is crowded with more than 30 people. Superb.

After queueing for 10 minutes, I went back to the station, tapped in, and realised that the crowd have been cleared, but there is still a train which is stucked and isn't moving off after a long while.

Got quite pissed and thought of taking bus to some other places to take a cab, but friends called to say that it would be even further if I take the bus, so i waited for a cab.

All the way from 9.15am, I spammed phonecalls to every taxi-booking company, all are busy and couldn't locate a cab for me. Flagged for cab on the road till my hands felt heavy, there was just no cab which has a green "head" coming to me, even if there is, they either don't stop or that their destination is different.

All till 10.30am when I totally gave up and crossed over to the bus stop where I could take a bus back home, there was an available cab in sight and thus, I flagged it and zoomed to Harbourfront.

YES! What you are reading above is my freaking experience of the stupid technical problem of NEL this morning, which I guess is up on the news.

They reported that it was caught up for 25 minutes? WRONG!

It totally jammed there for more than 40 minutes for heaven's sake.

My final say is, having your own vehicle is the best.

However, you have no control if you are caught in a traffic jam.

OWN A HELICOPTER! :D

Okay, end of the bad train experience.

Because I have something better to share...

I WENT TO THE UNIVERSAL STUDIOS!

I felt so tourist when I got there, the atmosphere is awesome!

Everything was great, but not the weather, it was burning everyone nuts!

And our lecturers are super rushy, couldn't even get to enjoy the things there at all, not even try any rides. TSK!

But while leaving, I saw my aunt and uncle, and I joined them for a second tour.

They told me that they have been to the one in USA, Orlando, and Singapore is less than half the size compared to the one there. So to them, it wasn't that awesome to them than to me. :(

I must travel more, else I will become a 'mountain tortoise'.

It started raining, and it was nearing the closing time, so we left the place and went separate ways.
